We offer a limited warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from BHSMART.

  • Warranty period: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Covers:
    • Manufacturing defects

    • Product malfunction under normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or water (unless specified waterproof)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Issues caused by incorrect installation or use not in accordance with product instructions

Warranty Solutions

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement (free of charge)
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

BHSMART reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

How to Claim Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect
